The 4 Annapolis ninjas probably had to rob that woman of her purse so they could afford to put $4/gallon gas in that old Crown Vic.
What? Cham, ninjas don't need Crown Vics - they use kites!
Smart idea, there usually is a consistent wind coming off the bay in Annapolis for human kite flying. The ninjas wouldn't have to worry about fueling up a gas guzzler and they could concentrate on more important ninja matters.
