Whatever happened to the days when sports teams required their players follow some sort of dress code? A hoodie with the hood pulled over his head on a 90 degree day versus dress casual, who would you be suspicious of?

Fuck the fact that he's a football player. This honorably discharged Iraq war veteran should be able to hand somebody a phone with out being pounced on by over-excited Baltimore police. Not his fault that some gang-bangers were out of control the week before.

On the other hand, once the police did the wrong thing, it sounds like the total head count of cooler heads among citizens and police became zero.
