Was anyone else surprised that the Baltimore Sun didn't have an article about the beheading verdict being upheld? From what I recall there was a real fear that their conviction might be overturned.

It is what it isn't
Police are now reviewing all recent rape cases that were ruled unfounded, thanks to Justin Fenton's article on the BPD's penchant for finding woman who reports rapes unreliable.
Meanwhile, 3 officers who were suspended for trying to talk a rape victim out of reporting it are suspended again.
The city is doing its collective best to make sure no one gets punished to severely for allowing a sex offender to collect sick pay while in prison.
