heh heh.., when did the strippers stop weraing the pasties, anyway? like 1990 or something!
ReplyDeleteI don't know. I believe that's something that Kurt Schmoke gets credit for, but that could be a myth.
ReplyDeleteI think it was around '98 or so. It had nothing to do with a mayor. Some city judge ruled that pasty and g-string laws were somehow unconstitutional.
