Twenty-six year-old Coppin State student Veronica Fludd was stabbed to death Friday morning in West Baltimore, her ex-boyfriend, Damon Smith, has confessed to killing her.
Update: Damon Smith died Sunday morning of self-defenestration.

See the bottom of this article for indications that the City chooses where and when to locate crime. The politicians choose to dump crime on you and then they choose to reverse it when they have some plan for how they would like to use the neighborhood you live in. But you?? ReplyDeleteActually, I know of at least two instances in Baltimore where witnesses with extensive criminal records were relocated. So that is not an issue. Usually it's an issue of whether the person wants to be relocated, not what the person's record is.
