Weekend

Twenty-six year-old Coppin State student Veronica Fludd was stabbed to death Friday morning in West Baltimore, her ex-boyfriend, Damon Smith, has confessed to killing her.
Update: Damon Smith died Sunday morning of self-defenestration.

This just in: Witness intimidation remains a problem. (Wonder if MD, like NJ, won't relocate witnesses with criminal records?)

Federal investigators have seized property belonging to Michael K. Lewis, accused of illegally filing bankruptcies for clients.

    The BCPD totally botched controlling him while in custody.

  2. See the bottom of this article for indications that the City chooses where and when to locate crime. The politicians choose to dump crime on you and then they choose to reverse it when they have some plan for how they would like to use the neighborhood you live in. But you?? You are simply unimportant. You are just the stupid f#@kers who live here.

  3. Actually, I know of at least two instances in Baltimore where witnesses with extensive criminal records were relocated. So that is not an issue. Usually it's an issue of whether the person wants to be relocated, not what the person's record is.
