A man was shot in the head at a bus stop tonight at the intersection of 33rd and the Alameda. He is reportedly still alive.

  1. Yeah, didn't I say not to ride the buses around here ? It was after 8:00 p.m. when the lights started flashing.

Also, much crime in the Northern District.

Inter alia, two commercial robberies at gunpoint on Greenmount and one at the Ambassador in tony Tuscany-Canterbury. Armed carjacking further up York Road and tons of break-ins, including commercial.

  2. and who says the council isn't doing any thing constructive (Although, seriously, this is probably a good move. Now if only they could find a way to have the kids eat the healthy food).

  3. Just learned that the child died after Vernice Harris had fed her:

    Kool-Aid@ and Fruit-Loops@.

    I sh!t you not.

Add them to the list alongside hot-sauce-drenched pork rinds and Doritos@. Authentic Baltimore regional cuisine.

After all, you are what you eat.

  4. Hey, pork rinds are low-carb and have protein... as a snack food their time has come.

    Here's a link on linking.

  5. ... and that would be "Froot" loops. Because they're full of the goodness of froot.

  6. Ewwww, fried chicken and lake trout (not from a lake and not trout! That's why I still love Baltimore!) sound healthy by comparison.

  7. Actually, I love good Southern Fried chicken or a fish fry.

Too bad you cannot find any in this lousy city. The worst food in the South.

  8. Isn't that the second shooting at a bus stop today? Or two days?

You know, due to the misspelling of "Froot Loops," on the cereal box and in the commercials, I didn't learn to spell "fruit" correctly until the fifth grade.

  9. For my last meal, I want Berger cookies, dammit. Berger cookies, crabcakes, a lobster roll, and a bottle of Brooklyn Lager.
