I hope they hurry up and start the trial. If it results in anything other than a death sentence for Byers that's proof that our justice system is broken beyond repair.
As usual the people from the Family Research Council are a pack of idiots. Do they really believe that if we legalize gay marriage straight people will stop getting hitched and having kids and become gay instead?
BTW, it's a sign of how far we've come when you see Republican lawmakers advocating domestic partnership legislation.
ReplyDeleteFederal Judge Richard Bennett held up his ruling that the jury selection in the capital murder case against Patrick Byers, the man accused of contracting the killing of a star witness against him, would remain closed to the public and the media.
