ACLU on defense

The ACLU has decided to defend a man who recorded a traffic stop with a Maryland State Trooper and posted it on Youtube. He has been charged with...wire tapping!

    The capital murder trial of Thomas Leggs has been moved out of Wicomico County to Cecil County. Defendants facing the death penalty in Maryland are automatically entitled to a change of venue.
