Hoodlumery in my neighborhood!

Gangs of roaming teenage thugs are attacking people in Upper Fells Point. Several of the attacks occurred at a relatively early (9:30ish) hour.

    It is very sad to see Fells Point going to the dogs.That used to be a nice place when I was a kid back in the 1970's.
