He just snapped

The teen who stabbed another student at Civitas High School in NW Baltimore was being bullied.

One crime leads to another... But the second one is usually worse... If the kid was being bullied, it's no wonder that he would want to get back at his bully and hurt him... Maybe stabbing was the best way for him to feel avenged...

Today I plan to kill 10-20 people. They are all meanie bullies so nobody should have a problem with it. Afterall, America is now anti-bully, right?

why this...are our kids getting more aggressive than before. Parents should under the pressure kids face and important steps need to be taken to make their life much better.
