Nope, MJB, not at all. First of all, first and second DWIs are misdemeanors, I believe. Second, he got a PBJ, which is not a conviction. Thus, 1)not a felon, and 2)not a convict.
...and I couldn't find it in the MD judiciary, which may mean it was expunged (more than 3 years has passed, and his probationary period was only 18 months).
