why the hell does that story say hagerstown in it? the body was found (and the sign is located) a good 30 miles away from hagerstown, in frederick county, on the complete other side of frederick city from hagerstown. i've always thought ABC2 was the worst news station in baltimore, and as a native fredericktonian who hates hagerstown with every fiber of his being, i am downright insulted by this.
