Judge Themelis told the defendants they face a maximum prison term of 70 years in prison if they fail to complete the terms of their plea agreement, including testifying against Ramos. If they abide by the terms of the agreement they face a 30-year-suspend-all-but-15-year prison term.
Ramos is charged with attempted first-degree murder, robbery and various other counts for the alleged robbery and beating of Zach Sowers on June 2, 2007. According to reports, Price and Ramos carried out the beating while Jeter and Martin waited in the car.
Assistant State’s Attorneys Jennifer Sites and Angela Worthy will prosecute this case.

A max of 8 years in prison for three of those animals? What a disgrace. The trial hasn't even started yet and Jessamy's perp-loving attitude is already in full force.
