On October 3, 2005 in the 600 block of Cherry Hill Road, Langley and Nae Chun Pak, 46, got into an altercation about a food order that Langley had placed in the victim's carry out store. Pak returned Langley's money and he left the store, only to return a short time later and fatally shoot Pak in the head.

Andre Staton was sentenced to death for killing Beverly Yohn, 26, in front of her children in PA. Staton has a 20-year, tremendously long, "how the hell did he ever see the light of day"-style criminal recond in Baltimore City and was on parole for a stabbing when the murder took place.

aquitted Terry Darrell Jones for the murder of 15-year-old Anatania Delicia Mills.
