Just goes to show racism still exists when it comes to our judicial system. If you shoot a black person you have a 36% chance that somebody will care (hence the 36% clear rate of Baltimore City murders). Cham you have no idea just how true that is. i can relate from my brother's murder... a shor blurb but when a white teen was shot in this same neighborhood it was on the news for days. Pathetic doesn't begin to describe it.
