In White Marsh at the Park N Ride a man kidnapped and assaulted a 13-year-old girl. (Time for the local news to heap on holiday "how safe is the Park N Ride?" stories...)
Nine students are being treated for pepper-spray exposure after a cafeteria brawl at Woodlawn HS.

A guy is sentenced to ten years and only has to serve one month. Gee, I wonder why we have such a high crime rate.

Oh, and by the way the police force is currently 25% short of the manpower the Commissioner says is needed. How much net hiring has been accomplished this year?
