Under-trained OB/GYNs lead to a deadly c-section rate in MD

So where do you draw your conclusion about undertrained OBs? How about the line "Fat, old women lead to higher fatal cesearan outcomes". Factually correct but no one wants to hear that.
How do you draw your conclusion regarding Ms. High? I looked her up on MJSC and it seems like she was distributing drugs not neccessarily using them.
1. being fat and/or old does not increase a woman's risk of death by c-section. The leading causes of c-section deaths are blood clots, infection or complications from anaesthesia, factors that are not age or weight related.
2. I guess it's possible she was frequently and habitually using them for profit only. She certainly has a heckofa lot of entries on the JIS-- drugs, assault, a firearm, two kids she lost custody of, & all before the age of 22.
