Chalk up another murder to the tally, as police classify the death of a 20-month-old child as a homicide.

Terrell Allen, a man who police believe is the leader of a violent drug organization, which has been the cause of several shooitngs in the past year and a half, was given a 4 year federal sentence recently.

Questions have yet to be answered in the shooting of a 15-year-old girl.

Virginia sent their rapist to Baltimore, and didn't tell us. Must be a new Judicial Department belt-tightening tool. Rather than arresting, prosecuting and incarcerating a suspect, encourage them to visit another state and then wait for him/her to commit a similar crime.
