BPD IDs officers who shot a man Feb 4.

"The Court of Special Appeals on Monday considered a challenge to the admissibility of ballistics evidence by a Columbia teenager convicted of murder, whose lawyer argued that a widely used analysis lacks scientific rigor.

I want to see that video from the recycling firm.

"Um, sure guys. A lifesize statue of Henry David Thoreau! Cool beans. Let's get him up on the scale and now I owe you $422. Thanks for bringing him in, giant bronze pieces of precision artwork are great for the metals reclaiming business. The more of them you can get me the better."

The biggest crime I've seen is the lack of snow removal in highest taxed jurisdiction in Maryland. Where are the ploughs?

Thomas Leggs has been indicted by a Wicomico County grand jury for the murder of Sarah Foxwell. The State's Attorney has said he intends to seek the death penalty.

Where are the ploughs?

The plows, or at least the money for them, are in the Ocean City condos and Florida homes of the politicians of Baltimore.

I wonder what exactly "field interviews" means. For some reason I'm thinking of the scene from Season 1 of The Wire where Herc, Carver and Prez are screwing around in the high rise projects...
