Another crime unpunished

Looks like the schemers who helped a sex offender get paid by the city while in jail are getting their pensions...courtesy of city taxpayers, of course - the equal opportunity funders of pensions for the criminally inclined.

Yes, it may be hard to investigate a fellow officer who shot a marine nine times, but it's even harder to lose a son who survived Iraq only to be gunned down by someone sworn to uphold the law.
