According to Slate:

"Juan Williams told Bill O'Reilly that he gets nervous at airports when he sees Muslims. For this, Williams has been roundly denounced as a bigot."

Actually he hasn't been "roundly denounced." I'd say more people are disgusted with NPR's firing of Williams than with his not entirely fair but not entirely irrational comments about Muslims.
