Goldbergian 80

At Liberty Heights & Eldorado aves, a man in an SUV is shot to death then mowed down a pedestrian, who survived with a broken leg.
Will we ever find out who was gunning for the driver and why? .. unlikely, but you never know...

Can you buy heroin at Liberty Heights and Eldorado Avenue? I've never noticed any sales people standing on that particular corner. I think we have too many people watching Wire reruns and not really having a feel for this city.
