That's going to hurt

alleged triple child-killers

Legally I suppose they are. Let's remember that their conviction was overturned on a technicality though, not because of any substantive evidence of actual innocence. It's also worth noting that the Court of Special Appeals and three of seven Court of Appeals judges felt that their trial was perfectly fair and the verdict should have stood. The CoA is wildly criminal friendly (look at the Leander Blake case, where their decision on the admissibility of Blakes testimony was at odds with the Court of Special Appeals, the US District Court that tried Blake federally, and the 4th Circuit Court of Appeals.)

Well, we're not God, we don't Know, and the whole story is very very convoluted; the kids' parents said they weren't the guys, I believe. I wish the Sun would put up Julie B's story archive.

... I was in the courtroom when the fiber analyst talked about how one of the kids peed himself before he was beheaded. I would think the parents would want the right person(s) punished. ... Or maybe they want them sprung to deliver Mexican- style justice. So much we will never know.

I'd like somebody in the justice system to review all the transcripts that involved interviews with Guadalupe Juarez and see if there was anything that was ignored or overlooked. Perhaps the 2 men would like to reconsider their story a bit too, now that Ms. Juarez is safely confined to a Mexican prison.
