This is a well-thought and reasonably expected decision from the judge, though I thought the defense did a good job of trying to place reasonable doubt.
There's no doubt that Tshamba escalated the incident, lied abut attempting to arrest the ex-Marine, (what would he have been arresting him for? Assault? Disorderly Conduct? ) When Brown said "my bad", and the woman tried to smack him, it was essentially over.
