Heard about is from neighborhood listserv first. Then CVCA sends out the usual "it isn't your fault but do remember to lock all your windows! and get double hung windows!" email.
I wonder where my money from the special assessment (CVCBD) is going, exactly. Sure, they send out a weekly report on crime in the district and they have neighborhood walkers on patrol. But it seems like few services for the assessment.
