Baltimore Crime: Monae Turnage, 13, shot to death

The murdered 13-year-old girl was ID'd as Monae Turnage. She was shot once in the chest, her body hid in an alley under trash bags.

Anonymous said...: They have been charged with Manslaughter, and I believe that means that the death was not intentional but, it is still a homicide. I also believe that who ever the gun belonged to could and/or, should be charged with the same crime.; Wed Mar 07, 07:55:00 AM EST
