North Ave Friday, a man was found shot to death in the basement of a house in the 2700 block of Mura St. on the East side near Kennedy Krieger. And a man shot Thurs was ID'd as Audie Mickens*

Although the city provides data regarding where the surveillance cameras are located we have no idea whether the cameras are operational or not. The Cherry Hill cameras are old cameras left over from the Federal Housing Department surveillance monitoring program from years ago. The cameras may not work at all or of such poor quality that they would provide little useful images.
As far as the Towson riot is concerned, in the photo provided all I see is few hundred people standing in front of the Recher Theater. Is that what we are calling a riot these days? Ugh oh, people waiting to get into a theater, better get out the pepper spray and the attack dogs.
