On August 9, 2005, police discovered the body of Robin Hoey inside a safe located in the 3100 block of Lorena Avenue. The Medical Examiner concluded that Hoey died as a result of asphyxiation and ruled her death a homicide. Tomorrow, the murder trial of Oswald Victor Voigt, 49, is scheduled to begin at 9:30 a.m. before Judge Allen L. Schwait. A Baltimore Grand Jury indicted Voigt on September 9, 2005 for the first-degree murder of Robin Hoey, 36. Court documents allege that on August 18, 2005 Voight confessed to murdering Hoey. Ehrlich-appointed Republican Delegate Terrill "Terry" R. Gillelan Jr., left, was arrested nine months ago after drunkenly crashing his Mercedes and stumbling into traffic, unkempt and drooling. District Judge Thomas Pryal acquitted him of drunk-driving charges due to faulty evidence. Gilleland is up for election this year.

I won't subscribe for just the Finns story
Gillelan only blew a .17, which is not (in the scheme of things) that high. I've seen people in the mid-20s who can pass the field sobriety tests. His defense lawyers are, behind his back, making fun of him for being so wasted on so little alcohol.
Yeah but he could have been wandering around for hours after he crashed the car. If he was found disheveled, drooling and missing a shoe, maybe he was napping in the bushes.
