OK, so, the bad news is that althoough the Governor's office has, for reasons all its own, proposed to take over some of the harder tasks on the plate of the Balto. City School System, the City political machine has renewed its commitment to 'Ignorance by Age Twelve', by seeking to retain control of those 11 worst-of-the-worst schools and ruin another generation of kids.
But look on the bright side,... at least in Bo-dy-more, with its crack police squad, that generation won't be around for very long, what with our nationally-outstanding violent crime rate.
