Remember what Keiffer Mitchell said about auditing the City for savings to pay for cops ?

Go hire a battalion on things like this.

"The woman fell to the floor and started to lose consciousness. She told her attackers she could no longer stand or move, the documents say. She told them that she was a grandmother, and that she was preparing for a party for her grandchildren.

One man lifted her off the floor, carried her upstairs to her bed and threw her on the bed facedown. She begged him not to rape her, according to the documents, and he ignored her."

Nothing but death is an acceptable punishment for sub-human scum like that. Rape should be a capital offense.

newsflash: police commissioner candidate Ramsey recommends against increasing murders.

As for Baltimore's stubborn murder rate, he said: "When you compare it to last year, and it is higher, you are going in the wrong direction and you don't want to continue that trend."

How come New Orleans's murder rate is front-page news, but B'more's isn't?

"Father Bill hopes his message reaches the city's leaders, too. Every Monday, Father Bill has red roses delivered to Mayor Ray Nagin and Police Chief Warren Riley -- a single rose for each death that weekend."

Maybe it's time to start sending Sheila Dixon some flowers.

Jessamy (and Dixon) should be run out of town for allowing the shit to fester here for so long that Chaz Ricks and thousands like him run wild all over Baltimore while innocent people cower in their homes.

"Arrest // Members of the Regional Warrant Apprehension Task Force and Cumberland city police on Monday arrested Sandra Jane Milton, 56, of Cumberland on a warrant charging her with first-degree murder of an Armistead Gardens woman."

sorry, can't resist.

Any wonder why, from 1990 to 2005, Baltimore had the largest population decrease, both numerically and percentage, of the 50 largest US cities? MORE THAN DETROIT!
