Recent update on Zach Sowers site regarding the hearing last week, and Anna's thoughts about the thug-loving knuckle-dragging idiots that have been harassing her because they think Zach's case is getting too much attention.

I heard someone talking in a bar this evening about a public defender who was intimidating witnesses in a case against his client. He went to their house in Curtis Bay and threatened them with arrest if they came to court the first time and the second time, when they refused to talk with him, he waited outside their house for hours and didn't leave until the police arrived. Apparently, he started ranting and raving outside the jury room when confronted with this by prosecutors and even grabbed a juror. I wonder if the State's going to charge him with witness intimidation. That would certainly send a message to those who threaten witnesses!

A PD intimidating a witness? Huh? There are some sleazy private drug lawyers I would expect that from, but public defenders are generally good people.
