Dixon was just on Maryland Morning on WYPR where she was asked about the murder rate and violence. She said that Zachariah/Zechariah/Zecariah Hallback's murder and MTA violence were "isolated incidents" but didn't offer much by way of solution or plan to stop such incidents beyond targeting crime-heavy neighborhoods.

::Sigh::

I heard that WYPR interview too and was equally infuriated. Dixon also said the city is trying to focus on violent offenders. She clealy doesn't understand the value of focusing on ALL crime. Criminal behavior usually starts small. Why wait for more victims before doing something about crime?

Sigh...
