Clark Rockefeller?

Baltimore makes a cameo in the international news cycle as another criminal flees to the Promised Land. This time it's noncustodial-kidnapper dad "Famous Phony" Clark Rockefeller and his daughter who the UK Times says is known as "Snooks"
