No justice for Christopher Clarke. Two thugs got five year sentences for his murder. Disgusting.

Uh, either Brent Jones or Margaret Burns got it wrong. The press release from Burns' office states:

"Under terms of the plea, Whitaker will be sentenced to 30-years in prison, suspend all but 25-years, the first 5-years without the possibility of parole and Green will be sentenced to 5-years."

Sounds to me like Clarke's shooter will get 25 years, and his pal gets 5.

I don't have access to email right now, but maybe someone could email Brent Jones and see what the deal is.

As I stated in the other comments section, the Sun has corrected itself and Whitaker is getting up to TWENTY-FIVE, not five, years.
