Caederus said...: The fun part is that due to the compromises in the amendment the local jurisdictions have final say on whether the slots can go in through the zoning process. And most of the spots they have picked for slots have the highest percent of opposition to them. So the "big windfall" will be more like a scaled back light breeze.; Wed Nov 05, 09:16:00 AM EST
