At least in HoCo they are facing real time from a real jury. BTW a few weeks ago I saw that the fashion statement for young black men in Arundal Mills Mall is red bandannas hanging from the pocket. Trending to Red in general.

Arundel Mills has always been a little bit on the skeezy side.

BTW, the longer I live in this area the more I think that blowing up the high rise housing projects was a terrible idea. At least with them you had more hoodlums concentrated in one area. They seem to be spreading out more and more now thanks to Section 8.
