They're having a bit of a problem finding impartial jurors for the trial of child-killer Mark Castillo. Robert Bell (Chief Judge of the Court of Appeals) was one of the people who had jury duty yesterday. Nice to see that the judiciary at least makes itself suffer through jury duty. Good thing Bell didn't end up on the jury though, he's a very criminal-friendly jurist and would probably vote to acquit.

Sounds like suspended Southeastern District commander may have been running a personal business on his work computer.
He was probably merely preparing for Comstat by reading the Baltimore Crime Blog.
Oh, and of course, Facebook and Twitter. Doesn't everyone keep up on social networking sites?!
Of course, one could always claim "Internet Addicton", which as far as I know, hasn't yet made its way into DSM-IV.
