here are the standard terms, per the DOC P&P, parolees must:

1 report regularly

2 work regularly

3 notify the dept. of changes in address or job. Not leave the state.

4 obey all laws

5 notify the dept. if arrested

6 not use, sell, or possess drugs or guns

7 not present a danger to self or others

8 pay a supervisory fee

9 take drug tests, if required

I do not see avoiding other convicts, although it would be includeable under any appendix of special terms of probation.; Wed Jan 06, 04:06:00 PM EST
