City pays $30K to four DPW workers arrested after failing to come to the aid of police officer during an arrest. Says their attorney, the officer was white, his clients were black, 'they could have been shot.'

Anonymous said...: I just read in the Charles Village circular that there are plans to re-develop 33rd and Greenmount to include a traffic circle and new commercial businesses. The Sun reports that business owners have had to cope with inadequate policing there for decades. The city has little to say for itself, other than to create another, new, after-the-fact community feel-good program. Drivel.
