It is difficult to understand the pattern of murders on Loch Raven Blvd. This is the second "man found dead seated in a vehicle" on Loch Raven. Two other men were shot while seated in their vehicle off Alameda not far away. Is it drugs? This body found on Loch Raven and Roundhill is only a block or two from the shopping center Ken Harris was killed in. It's such a shame that these crimes keep happening in this area.
