Alleged serial killer convicted in 1st trial

William Vincent Brown is convicted in 1st of 3 trials of raping and then strangling a woman who survived to testify against them.

In almost the exact spot that woman was raped and attempted murdered by Mr. Brown, Ghana native and clean-criminal-history Kwame Saka Osafo was allegedly murdered by Gregory Lee and Andre Cox in 2007. Mr. Cox and Mr. Lee shall be tried for 1st degree murder beginning Feb. 18. Lots of exciting stuff happening.....
