Shanda Harris' bail rewiew was set for 11:00 a.m. today at Central Booking. She is in the 5th group. A court commissioner set her bail at $100,000 yesterday.

$100,000 is low and inconsistent with the seiousness of her crime. There are guys who get arrested for much lesser offenses, placed on no bails and unreasonable bails. There is no parity in determining and setting bail in this city or state.

A body found in a van at 27th and Miles this morning.

Didn'tfind out any specifics, just saw 6 police or so and blood leaking from a van, then a body being removed.

Correction... in my sleepiness{ I found out that tidbit early am while searching for my trashcan} it was actually the corner of 26th and Miles, same corner where my brother was killed
