Friday's murder victim found on Pennsylvania Avenue (coincidently not in the state of Pennsylvania) identified as Alfred C. Williams, 26, of the 1600 block of E. 32nd St. On Preston street near that crime scene, a 42 year old woman was shot at from a white SUV on Saturday. A stabbing on S. Monroe, roberries and burgleriesin the police blotter.
