In the next few months Barack Obama may be faced with a decision on whether to allow the Federal government to begin executing condemned inmates. Federal executions are currently on hold because of some BS about the constitutionality of lethal injection, however that case will hopefully soon be resolved.
I've got to disagree with you on that one. I think Obama will do the politically expedient thing, which is to let the executions proceed (if it gets to that point). While he certainly hasn't been the kind of enthusiastic fan of the DP that George Bush was, Obama has said that he isn't opposed to capital punishment. Also, the three inmates who's heads will almost certainly be first on the chopping block (Richard Tipton, Corey Johnson and James Roane) are all from Virginia, a strongly pro-DP state which will probably also be a swing state in 2012.

James Dinkins is a punk and a coward who refuses to take responsibility for his crimes.
Very minor nitpick, but that should be 1800 N. Chapel Street. We wouldn't want people to think that there are fatal shootings on S. Chapel Street.

I doubt that there's much of a decision for Barack Obama to make -it'd cause a firestorm among many Democrats to execute them.
I say exiling to Siberia should be a viable option.
