NAACP Win in "DWB" Records Lawsuit

The Office of MD's Attorney General must turn over arrest records to the NAACP, says County Circuit Court.
INteresting!
What format will these records be in? To whom will they be given? What will that person or entity do with them?

The week of January 24 – 30, 2010 there were 2 Home Invasion style Aggravated Assaults involving multiple suspects see below. Please ensure that all property is secure when home and away. Be careful of whom you let enter your home as well.

Aggravated Assault – 2200 blk. Guilford Ave. 1/25/10 4:10 am
Three suspects forced their way into the victim’s home. Suspect #1 was armed with a hammer. The
suspects stated that they were looking for a rapist. The suspects asked the victim if she knew his
whereabouts the victim stated that she did not know the suspects searched her home and fled.

Three suspects forced their way into the victim’s home. The victim attempted to flee and was caught by the suspect. Suspect # 1 implied that he had a gun. The suspects stated that they were looking for a rapist. The suspects asked the victim if she knew his whereabouts the victim stated that she did not know the suspects damaged her TV and fled.

And the trial lawyers think it should be easier to sue people who shoot home invaders. Truly brilliant.
