Urinating in an alley will now cost $750! Where are exactly these public bathrooms that we are supposed to use? If one hasn't noticed many restaurants and bars have signs on their doors that say, "Restrooms are for customers only". So if one is walking around outside and needs to pee what are they supposed to do?

On the face of it, I'm delighted with this bill.
The problem will be if those who claim to be indigent or just poor get off without a substantive penalty.
That is, is this a law which only applies to the employed who can afford to pay?
If so, no good.
The poor should be given community service at a rate of one half the minimum wage per hour until their fine is paid.
