Not whose fault?
So let me get this straight, what really happened was she didn't show because two mystery people changed their minds and decided to vote against the bill, and to save it she didn't show up and made up something on the fly about wanting to draw attention to her bill, to cover for them? So was she lying when she said "the goal here is to leverage the vote," or is she lying now?

being disingenuous, I should say. Lying is a bit harsh. But still.

Mb, Jill Carter like any politician. Her memory is a moving target. What happened yesterday may appear different today.
