Does prison pay?

Not only was cop impersonating sex offender Dennis McLaughlin let out of jail barely halfway through his sentence for molesting a minor, but the city is now investigating if he was still on the city payroll while in jail.

Why does this not surprise me when the town had to think real hard about whether it was OK for the Mayor to steal public monies?

The CRIMINAL city.

Why not just assign an inmate number upon birth?
