Some town in Arkansas has declared martial law in response to a high spike in crime. Perhaps it is time to decide that civil rights are for civil people to do the same in Baltimore until a time when city residents learn how to play nice. :)

Also, for all you NRA clowns, why is are these gang shootings happening? According to NRA dogma, guns deter crime, yet gang members, who are heavily armed seem to disprove this belief.
