Bubbles, Troubles & Nuk Nuk

Judge David Ross: DNA evidence will be admitted in trial of alleged murderers of Ken Harris. And more on how the alleged killers were caught: "Weeks after the killing of Harris, an anonymous caller said he recognized one of the men in surveillance videos from the Northwood Shopping Plaza as 'Troubles,' one [of] two brothers known as 'Bubbles' and 'Troubles.'"

I'm surprised that Anna Sowers hasn't come out with an endorsement for Bernstein. I know she took a beating in the mayoral election, but this seems like a prime opportunity to change the system that changed her life.

According to her blog, she moved away and moved on with life. I can't blame her after everything she went through.

I spoke with my neighbor who's fairly active in the Upper Fells Point Improvement Association last night, and from what she was telling me it sounds like everyone who gives a damn about this sort of thing in our area is solidly behind Gregg Bernstein. It's also great to see all the Bernstein signs up in Fells, especially since I don't think I've seen a single one for Pat Jessamy. It's just unfortunate that so many people who live in Southeast Baltimore just view the area as a "fun" place to live for a few years in their early-mid 20s, without really giving a damn about their neighborhood in the long term.

In my area, Northeast/Northwood, there are zero Bernstein signs, and a sprinkling of Jessamy signs, including a few large ones on Loch Raven Blvd.
